Settle into our renovated former barn, a 50 m² holiday home perfect for 3 guests, offering a peaceful countryside setting on a 7,000 m² property. The house features one bedroom, a living room, and a fully equipped private kitchen. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, game console, fan, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Everything is on one level, with a high chair and baby cot available. Dinner on your arrival and breakfast on the first day can be booked in advance for an extra charge. Enjoy seasonal produce from our on-site permaculture garden. You have a private garden and an open terrace with a barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. The shared outdoor pool is unheated, equipped with an alarm, and covered by a tunnel structure. An outdoor shower is also available. The large grounds offer a shared play area, pétanque court, badminton space, and Molkky. On rainy days, a spacious common room provides a variety of board games for the whole family. Shared parking is available on the property, as well as a bike storage room. You have access to one regular bike and two e-bikes for exploring the area. Events are not allowed. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, with shops and supermarkets 7 km away in Le Lude or Château Lavalière. Nearby, discover Château du Lude with escape games, Zoo de la Flèche, cyclo-rail, and treetop adventures at Lac de Rillé. Two independent apartments and a beautiful shared space allow you to gather and share convivial moments. On the ground floor, the first apartment includes a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Upstairs, the second apartment offers two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with separate WC. A shared area of 60 m² with a 30 m² mezzanine awaits you for relaxing moments. A wood-burning stove creates a warm atmosphere, ideal for board games or enjoying a good book. The entire property is fully equipped for your comfort. The property covers a fenced 7,000 m² plot, where you can enjoy our secure (unheated) pool and outdoor spaces: badminton, volleyball, pétanque, swings, and other games. We have a dog, chickens, and ducks who will be happy to welcome you. We live on site and remain available to assist you if needed. We will be happy to advise you and share our favorite local spots. Additional services are available by reservation: a meal basket for your arrival evening, as well as the sale of our fruits, vegetables, and fresh eggs from our hens, available for an extra fee. For everyone's comfort, pool access is reserved exclusively for guests with a reservation. Please do not invite friends or family members from outside. Ein Holzofen sorgt für eine warme Atmosphäre – perfekt, um Gesellschaftsspiele zu spielen oder in ein gutes Buch einzutauchen. Das Anwesen liegt auf einem komplett eingezäunten Grundstück von 7.000 m², wo Sie unseren gesicherten (nicht beheizten) Pool und den Außenbereich genießen können: Badminton, Volleyball, Boule, Schaukeln und weitere Spiele. Wir haben einen Hund, Hühner und Enten, die Sie gerne begrüßen werden. Wir wohnen vor Ort und stehen Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung, falls Sie Hilfe benötigen. Wir beraten Sie gerne und teilen unsere besten Tipps mit Ihnen. Zusätzliche Services bieten wir auf Reservierung an: einen Essenskorb für den Abend Ihrer Ankunft sowie den Verkauf unserer Früchte, unseres Gemüses und frischer Eier von unseren Hühnern gegen Aufpreis. Aus Rücksicht auf alle ist der Zugang zum Pool ausschließlich Gästen mit Reservierung vorbehalten. Bitte laden Sie keine Freunde oder Familie von außerhalb ein. Ihre Anreise ist ab 17 Uhr möglich, die Abreise muss spätestens um 11 Uhr erfolgen. Wir bitten Sie, diese Zeiten einzuhalten.
