Settle into our renovated former barn, a 50 m² holiday home ideal for 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 baby, offering a peaceful countryside setting on a 7,000 m² property. The cottage features one bedroom, a living room, and a fully equipped private kitchen. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, game console, fan, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Everything is on one level, with a high chair and baby bed available. Dinner on arrival and breakfast are offered on the first day, available for an extra fee and by reservation. Enjoy fresh seasonal produce from our on-site permaculture garden. You have a private garden and an open terrace with a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. The shared outdoor pool is unheated, equipped with an alarm, and covered by a tunnel structure. An outdoor shower is also available. The large grounds offer a shared playground, pétanque court, badminton area, and Molkky game. On rainy days, a spacious common room provides a variety of board games for the whole family. Shared parking is available on the property, as well as a bike storage room. You have access to one regular bike and two electric bikes to explore the area. Events are not allowed. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, with shops and supermarkets just 7 km away in Le Lude or Château Lavalière. Nearby, discover Le Lude Castle with escape games, La Flèche Zoo, cyclo-rail, and tree climbing at Lake Rillé. Your hosts live on site, not in your accommodation, and are available to assist you with meal baskets and breakfast service, available for an extra fee.

A wood-burning stove creates a warm atmosphere, ideal for board games or enjoying a good book. The entire property is fully equipped for your comfort. The property covers a fenced 7,000 m² plot, where you can enjoy our secure (unheated) pool and outdoor spaces: badminton, volleyball, pétanque, swings, and other games. We have a dog, chickens, and ducks who will be happy to welcome you. We live on site and remain available to assist you if needed. We will be happy to advise you and share our favorite local spots. Additional services are available by reservation: a meal basket for your arrival evening, as well as the sale of our fruits, vegetables, and fresh eggs from our hens, available for an extra fee. For everyone's comfort, pool access is reserved exclusively for guests with a reservation. Please do not invite friends or family members from outside. Your arrival is possible from 5 p.m., and departure must be no later than 11 a.m. Please respect these times. We hope to welcome you for a convivial stay.
